This role will focus on supporting HR operations, including employee records, document management, recruitment coordination, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and contracts
• Support daily HR administration (filing, insurance, benefits)
• Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
• Handle onboarding and offboarding checklists
• Liaise with external HR vendors (insurance, payroll, training)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR administration experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Able to handle paperwork independently
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
