Summary

A fast-growing company in the micro-mobility and electric vehicle sector is seeking a visionary CEO to lead its North American business. This role requires a leader with strong P&L experience, market expansion capability, and deep industry knowledge in Low-Speed Vehicles (LSV), Golf Carts, or related automotive fields.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion – Build and grow dealer networks, partnerships, and distribution channels across North America.
• Strategic Leadership – Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth roadmap in collaboration with the Board.
• Financial Stewardship – Full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability.
• Operational Excellence – Implement scalable systems, processes, and compliance practices to support growth.
• Team Leadership – Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing executive team.
• Governance & Risk Management – Ensure sound corporate governance, manage risks, and maintain legal/regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior executive roles with proven business leadership.
• Industry expertise in LSV / Golf Cart / Micro-Mobility; broader automotive or RV experience a plus.
• Strong track record in channel development and distribution growth.
• Board-level leadership experience with a strong US business network.
