Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of complex product development programs. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and hands-on program management experience to align stakeholders, manage risks, and deliver results in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams across hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineering.
• Define program goals, scope, milestones, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Drive schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing partners, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Act as the key communication bridge between internal teams and clients for program updates and issue resolution.
• Continuously improve program management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior project/program managers, contributing to organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in electronics, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (EVT/DVT/PVT to MP).
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
