Summary
A global provider of broadband networking and communication solutions, offering CPE, Wi-Fi, IoT, and enterprise networking products to Tier-1 telecom operators and service providers. The role focuses on business growth across Europe and North America, working closely with the BD team to expand market presence and customer base.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team, driving performance to achieve regional sales goals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for Europe and North America, with potential expansion to other international markets.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, ISPs, and strategic partners in assigned regions.
- Identify business opportunities, lead contract negotiations, and ensure delivery of sales and profitability targets.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Operations teams to provide customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Monitor market dynamics, analyze competition, and provide insights for strategic planning.
Manage sales pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and report regularly to senior management.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of international sales experience in the networking, broadband, or telecom equipment industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role leading sales teams.
- Proven success in managing key accounts or sales operations across Europe and/or North America.
- Solid understanding of broadband and networking solutions such as CPE, GPON, Wi-Fi, 5G small cells, or IoT devices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with global clients.
- Fluent in English for both speaking and writing.
- Willingness to travel internationally based on business needs.
