Position Overview
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT and digital transformation projects across our regional and global offices. This role requires strong project management expertise, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to deliver high-impact solutions in a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across IT, Operations, Compliance, and Business units.
• Oversee system implementation, integration, and upgrades, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and internal IT security standards.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, data management, and
  workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within financial services or multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Experience with enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and data integration.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in the financial industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work in cross-cultural and international environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
