Summary

This position is responsible for leading the plant’s quality management system, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with international standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System and lead audits
- Drive quality improvement projects and ensure compliance with standards
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and supplier quality management
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product reliability
- Analyze quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives (8D, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Prepare technical reports, conduct management reviews, and coach quality teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of leadership and quality management experience
- Familiar with ISO 9001 systems, SPC, APQP, MSA, and problem-solving tools
- Strong command of Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D methodologies (Black Belt a plus)
- Skilled in both Mandarin and English communication
- Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
