Summary

Our client is a global leader in broadband and IoT communication equipment, providing design, manufacturing, and system integration services to leading international operators and brands. With expanding overseas operations, the company is seeking experienced Plant Managers to lead its Philippines and Mexico manufacturing sites, ensuring world-class quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee all factory operations including SMT, assembly, testing, and logistics.
Ensure production output, yield, quality, and delivery performance meet global standards.
Lead cost reduction, productivity improvement, and automation initiatives.
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001/14001, EHS, and local regulatory requirements.
Manage and develop local leadership teams, promoting a lean and performance-driven culture.
Coordinate with headquarters for capacity planning, NPI transition, and engineering support.
Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, control OPEX/CAPEX, and report KPI performance to HQ.
Drive continuous improvement programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in plant management.
Proven experience in managing overseas operations (preferably in SE Asia or Latin America).
Strong background in SMT, PCBA, system assembly, or networking / IoT product manufacturing.
Fluent in English; additional Mandarin or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to station overseas long-term (Philippines or Mexico).
