Summary
A fast-growing company in the micro-mobility and electric vehicle sector is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to expand our dealer network and grow sales for our range of electrified mobility products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainable transportation and skilled in building partnerships that accelerate business growth. You will serve as a brand ambassador within your assigned territory — developing new business, supporting existing dealers, and executing go-to-market strategies that strengthen our U.S. presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers and strategic partners.
- Support, train, and motivate existing dealers to drive product sell-through and maintain brand standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute regional promotions and events.
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports to the National Sales Manager.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience in automotive, powersports, or electric mobility industries.
- Proven record of building and managing dealer/distributor networks.
- Skilled in negotiation, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong communication and presentation abilities; self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned U.S. region (California, Florida, Georgia).
