A leading industrial technology company is seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer specializing in high-speed board design. The role involves developing next-generation hardware solutions for industrial networking and computing applications, ensuring robust performance, reliability, and compliance with international standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex multi-layer PCBs for high-performance industrial applications.
- Work on high-speed interfaces including PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes, etc..
- Design for signal integrity, power stability, and EMI/EMC compliance to ensure reliable performance in demanding environments.
- Collaborate with FPGA, firmware, and mechanical teams to deliver optimized system-level designs.
- Support prototype bring-up, testing, and validation through each development stage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in high-speed board or hardware design for industrial networking, IPC, or IoT gateway applications.
- Solid understanding of signal integrity, power design, and board-level debugging.
- Proficiency with PCB tools such as OrCAD and PADs.
- Familiarity with industrial standards is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
