We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA to ensure high-quality delivery across software products. You will perform thorough manual testing, validate functionality, and work closely with developers, PMs, and automation engineers. The role involves collaborating with teams across global team, improving testing processes, and helping deliver stable, reliable software to end users.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software, SDKs, mobile apps, and firmware
- Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to identify defects.
- Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution with developers and PMs.
- Monitor testing progress and communicate risks or issues to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Ensure software meets established quality standards before release.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Software Quality Analyst or Test Engineer with focus on automation and manual testing.
- Experience with defect tracking and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and reports.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot software issues.
- Able to work with distributed teams across time zones.
- Proficient in English
