Responsibilities
- Tune and optimize tactile feedback behavior on customer platforms to meet performance and user experience targets
- Provide technical support to customers and field teams, including issue analysis, hands-on debugging, and solution recommendations
- Evaluate system performance using standard lab equipment and software tools
- Work closely with firmware, software, and application teams to support feature development and validation
- Support internal and customer-facing demos, technical briefings, and training activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in system-level tuning, application engineering, or related technical roles
- Understanding of physical principles related to motion and vibration, and basic transducer behavior
- Experience using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and audio or signal analyzers
- Familiarity with digital signal processing concepts and debugging methodologies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and regions
- Experience supporting customer projects in PC, mobile, or consumer electronics environments
- Background working with cross-functional or customer-facing engineering teams
