As the Country Head, you will be responsible for overall business growth, including strategic planning, market expansion, client and vendor relationship management, and the development of key talents.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the software / IT / tech industry
- Experience leading full-function teams in Southeast Asia
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality business results (e.g., revenue growth, long-term partnerships)
- Proven record in market expansion and team culture transformation
- Comfortable managing budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting; strong communication skills
- Excellent English skills; proficient in Mandarin (speaking and listening)
