Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary commercial owner for assigned key accounts, ensuring strong and sustainable customer relationships.
- Drive revenue growth and be accountable for achieving sales and business targets.
- Manage customer projects from design-in through mass production, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.
- Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams (FAE, R&D, Marketing, Operations) to coordinate resources effectively.Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts.
- Support commercial processes including quotations, distributor coordination, documentation, and after-sales follow-up.
- Provide structured market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to global HQ.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and a strong service mindset.
Requirements
- 5 years above of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within semiconductor, wireless, IoT, or electronic components industries
- Strong English communication skills (able to interface with global HQ and regional customers)
- A strong service mindset with the ability to manage expectations and build long-term partnerships
- Commercial acumen with accountability for revenue targets
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a matrix organization
