To strengthen technical engagement with server ecosystem partners in Asia, the company is expanding its Taiwan presence and building a local technical interface to support customer programs.
This position represents a strategic early hire in Taiwan, offering the opportunity to play a key role in establishing local technical capability and supporting global customer development.
For engineers with strong technical depth and business awareness, this role can provide a unique pathway to grow into a regional technical leader or site leadership position as the Taiwan team expands.
Job Summary
The Technical Program Manager will act as the primary technical interface between server customers and global engineering teams, supporting design-in activities and product development programs related to server infrastructure components.
This role requires both deep mechanical understanding of server systems and strong commercial awareness, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams, customers, and business stakeholders.
As one of the early technical hires in Taiwan, the candidate will have the opportunity to influence local technical strategy and play a key role in building the company’s regional presence.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams
- Support server platform design-in activities related to mechanical infrastructure components
- Manage technical programs from early concept through validation and mass production
- Collaborate with server OEMs, ODMs, and system integrators during product development cycles
- Translate customer technical requirements into engineering deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and sales
- Identify technical risks and drive problem resolution during development stages
- Provide technical and market feedback to global product and engineering teams
- Support commercial discussions with technical insights and solution proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong familiarity with server platforms, data center infrastructure, or rack systems
- Experience working with server OEM/ODM environments
- Proven experience managing technical programs or customer-facing engineering projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and commercial teams
- Fluent English communication skills (required for global collaboration)
