Application Engineer/ Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support, including basic troubleshooting and process monitoring
• Support operation of wet process equipment and cleaning procedures
• Help identify and resolve application issues during testing and production
• Prepare simple technical reports and documentation
• Provide product and process information to support customer applications
• Support on-site activities such as trial runs and production follow-up
• Assist in analyzing issues related to testing tools and cleaning processes
• Work with internal teams and occasionally communicate with global teams in English

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields
• 2 years of experience in Chemical/ Semiconductor/ Electronics industry.
• Basic understanding or interest in Semiconductor/Electronics industry, the know-how of PCBA or packaging processes is a plus.
• Willing to learn cleaning processes or surface treatment technologies
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• English ability: basic to intermediate.
