This role will oversee financial operations across Taiwan and the U.S., supporting both day-to-day accounting and broader business planning.
The position requires a hands-on finance professional who can manage operational details while also contributing to financial strategy in a cross-border trading environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple regions
- Handle tax reporting and compliance in both Taiwan and the U.S.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational efficiency
- Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Perform account reconciliation and balance sheet analysis
- Oversee inventory costing in a trading environment
- Prepare internal management reports and provide actionable financial insights
- Support payroll-related financial processes
- Manage insurance-related financial matters
- Assist in financing activities, including debt management
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related functions
- Experience in trading, distribution, or supply chain-related businesses is a plus
- Familiarity with cross-border financial operations is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Exposure to US & Taiwan tax systems is a plus
- AICPA / USCPA or equivalent certification is a plus
