Job Summary

This role is responsible for manufacturing process development, production optimization, and process standardization within automation and smart manufacturing environments.

The engineer will support NPI, process improvement, and manufacturing efficiency enhancement activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan manufacturing resources including tooling, fixtures, and production equipment
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
• Support NPI process setup and production transfer activities
• Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and SOPs
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve production efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or process engineering environments
• Familiar with production process optimization and problem-solving methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to support overseas travel if required
