Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and own commercial performance across assigned strategic accounts in APAC
- Manage the full sales cycle from business development, opportunity qualification, proposal management, negotiation, to deal closure
- Develop and expand relationships with key customers across electronics manufacturing, OEM/ODM, EMS, semiconductor, and industrial technology sectors
- Build strong engagement with decision-makers across engineering, procurement, product, and executive leadership teams
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and target accounts, driving long-term account expansion
- Collaborate closely with technical, product, and regional teams to align customer requirements with solution offerings
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and account planning activities
- Drive pipeline development, forecast management, and sales execution to ensure achievement of revenue targets
- Support go-to-market initiatives across strategic industry verticals including industrial IoT, embedded systems, smart infrastructure, and connected devices
- Represent the company in customer engagements, ecosystem activities, and industry events across the region
Requirements
- 5 years or above of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development within B2B technology industries
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience managing customers within electronics manufacturing ecosystems, including OEMs, ODMs, EMS providers, or semiconductor-related accounts
- Familiarity with embedded systems, industrial technology, IoT, cybersecurity, or semiconductor environments is highly preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with solid negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience navigating cross-functional and regional sales environments
- Ability to build trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
