Summary
My client is seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Program Manager to oversee product operations and cross-functional execution throughout the product lifecycle.
This role serves as the central coordinator across Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations to ensure efficient execution, process optimization, and timely product delivery. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex operational challenges through structured thinking, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from early concept exploration through development, validation, and launch readiness.
- Manage and continuously improve end-to-end operational workflows across product development and production.
- Establish standardized operating procedures and governance frameworks to support business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate execution between Product Development, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- Translate business priorities into executable project plans and operational schedules.
- Support capacity planning and demand alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Analyze operational and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor inventory health, product movement, and operational KPIs.
- Generate actionable recommendations through data-driven analysis.
- Consolidate product requests from internal business teams.
- Evaluate priorities based on business objectives, inventory availability, and operational constraints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Business Operations, Product Operations or Supply Chain Operations.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with BI or data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong professional communication.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.
