Responsibilities
- Manage the full vendor ordering cycle for critical components and coordinate outbound shipments to ODM manufacturing sites
- Build and share supply forecasts (daily/monthly/quarterly) with internal stakeholders and external ODM partners
- Work with logistics providers on inbound/outbound shipments, staying agile when orders or production schedules shift at short notice
- Own component inventory accuracy and manage the RMA process
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues before they impact supply or delivery timelines
- Drive process improvements and cost savings through smarter operational execution
Requirements
- 2–3 years procuring key components in the PC/ICT hardware industry
- Strong numerical sense with basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient with standard office/productivity tools
- Solid English (reading, writing, listening)
- Self-starter mindset — accountable, fast-learning, high personal standards
- Confident communicator, independent yet collaborative
