Summary
A fast-growing company in the micro-mobility and electric vehicle sector is seeking a hands-on Accounting & Administration Manager to oversee daily financial operations and office administration for our U.S. business. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-growing, cross-border environment — balancing accounting accuracy with organizational efficiency. You will partner closely with the CEO and HQ finance team to ensure compliance, operational stability, and smooth day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Handle payroll processing, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with HQ on budgeting, reporting, and audits.
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and HR support tasks (onboarding/offboarding, travel, events, documentation).
- Implement and optimize administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; bookkeeping certification a plus.
- 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in a startup or small-company environment.
- Proficient in accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
