My client is global Semiconductor equipment company, providing their service to semiconductor backend industry. We are looking for an experienced BU head in the field, who can develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Responsibilities｜
- Responsible for BU operations.
- Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and review business project activities and ensure their completion within a scheduled period and budget.
- Oversee new marketing strategies for marketing and sales operation.
- Manage business line P&L and ROI and Budget Plan
- Create a positive and healthy working environment.
- Motivate for all as the mean of general growth of the company.
Requirements｜
- Proven track record in semiconductor equipment field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Excellent knowledge of category- and supply chain management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Driven and result oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
