- Oversee the onboarding of initial orders with new clients, facilitating a smooth transition to the Customer Growth Account Management team.
- Achieve or surpass key performance metrics, including lead engagement, conversion rates, and initial order volumes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B global business development or sales, preferably in the packaging sector.
- In-depth understanding of packaging industry standards and trends.
- Outstanding skills in market research, communication, and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English.
