Responsibilities|
- Lead and manage the Group C&B team to set the strategic direction for C&B policies and programs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards in the software IT sector.
- Serve as a C&B expert for the Senior Leadership Team, providing consultancy and assisting in the design and revision of C&B programs and policies across various countries to align with industry trends and company needs.
- Review and revise compensation structures to ensure they reflect the company’s culture and values, and assist in developing compensation frameworks for new departments and countries.
- Oversee the design and management of compensation processes, including salary and promotion planning, annual bonus planning, and the creation of new incentive schemes to attract and retain talent.
- Ensure accurate and timely management of expat payroll, pension, tax, and insurance-related operations by the Group C&B team, delivering comprehensive compensation and benefits services.
- Develop and manage an effective performance management system that supports a pay-for-performance philosophy and aligns with company goals.
- Conduct regular C&B benchmarking with the external market through official and informal surveys to stay updated on the latest compensation trends.
Requirements|
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing C&B programs within the software IT industry.
- Experience in the IT industry, with in-depth knowledge of compensation structures and incentive mechanisms.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and anticipate industry compensation trends and their impact on the company’s business.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with senior management and HR teams across different countries.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.
