- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and promotional activities
- Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics to propose improvements for traffic, conversion, and user experience
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and workflow optimization
- Handle customer inquiries, service-related issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Work with cross-functional teams on product launches, category planning, and website enhancements
Requirements
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and familiarity with WooCommerce/WordPress is a plus.
- Strong skills in product listing management and inventory monitoring
- Basic understanding of digital marketing techniques and campaign coordination
- Strong analytical abilities to review e-commerce metrics and identify improvement opportunities
