Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned region to achieve or surpass sales targets, working under moderate guidance.
- Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, leveraging sales expertise to achieve or surpass set targets.
- Build in-depth knowledge of target market applications and industry trends.
- Establish strong relationships with key distributors and onboard new partners within the assigned territory to drive sustained business growth.
- Effectively manage distributor relationships and oversee project execution to ensure smooth collaboration and success.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including weekly schedules, call reports, sales funnel updates, and customer database management.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and webinars to generate customer leads and expand market reach.
- Travel within Europe for business negotiations and development opportunities.
- Foster collaboration and provide cross-regional support to enhance team synergy and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5 years or above of sales experience in IPC industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.
- Fluent in English is required.
- Participate in industry events such as exhibitions, seminars, and webinars to generate and develop potential customer leads.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the EU region as required.
