Provide technical support for our key customers, both remotely and at customer sites to win and maintain accounts.
Instances of technical assistance encompass aiding in the design integration process by addressing acoustic and electrical issues, responding to inquiries about the product, evaluating hardware, and engaging in hands-on debugging of hardware.
Provide assistance to customers in the realm of audio system designs, music playback, and voice tuning.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s or PhD, coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ involvement in the semiconductor sector.
Extensive proficiency in the analysis and assessment of audio products using hardware tools like Audio Precision analyzers and oscilloscopes.
Experience in commercial PC projects involving:
– Smart Amplifier, Speaker Protection, and refinement of music playback.
– HDA CODEC
– Practical exposure to the characterization of loudspeakers and digital audio signal processing, encompassing tasks such as Equalization, Filtering, Noise reduction, and Echo cancellation.
Familiarity with the design and debugging of analog circuitry for audio signal processing at the board level; a background in mixed-signal hardware and audio-related fields is highly desirable.
Competence in conducting reviews of schematics and layouts using commercial CAD tools.
Proficient skill in effective verbal and written communication in both Mandarin and English languages.
Familiarity with audio signal processing algorithms and techniques will be considered advantageous.
