Finance and Accounting Manager

We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager to drive financial strategy, optimize business processes, and support management decisions. This role requires a strong background in financial planning, cost control, digital transformation, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to enhance financial efficiency and ensure compliance with global accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner, framing financial issues and providing insights to management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize organizational performance.
• Oversee monthly closing, financial reporting, and scorecard review for subsidiaries.
• Identify and resolve organizational and financial process inefficiencies.
• Manage the accounting backend team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging financial technology to enhance reporting and efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP (NetSuite, Power Query/BI is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-driven financial insights.
• Experience in cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Expatriate experience outside Greater China is a plus.
