Finance Manager

Summary

A prominent company specializing in AI-driven fraud detection and prevention solutions, coupled with cloud-based services, focused on enhancing online transaction security.

The Finance Manager will support the CFO in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Key responsibilities include managing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, driving process improvements, and collaborating with senior leadership on fundraising and investment activities. The role also involves enhancing financial systems and supporting business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial and operational planning, including regular analysis of profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide insights to business unit leaders to inform tax planning and strategic decisions.
• Partner with the management team to secure funding and investments from strategic partners, investors, and other financial sources.
• Streamline and automate financial reporting, accounting, and operational processes to improve efficiency across the organization.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth, from executing strategy to supporting legal entity setup in APAC, contract reviews, and official license applications.
• Lead targeted initiatives for process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong track record in fundraising, financing, and investment activities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in various business areas, including legal, operations, and strategy.
• Experience in process automation and improvement within a fast-growing organization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior management.
• Familiarity with international business practices, especially in the APAC region.
