Responsibilities|
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs for various markets.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales trends and process optimization to establish key performance indicators.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making and improve cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with different teams to enhance business processes and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and provide strategic insights for market and performance analysis.
- Manage month-end P/L reviews, daily sales reporting, and group dashboard updates.
- Analyze operating expenses, including those related to personnel, marketing, IT, and other administrative costs.
- Review and analyze components of the balance sheet, including A/R aging, inventory management, and AP aging.
- Lead the preparation of monthly sales and P/L forecasts, offering insights for year-end projections.
- Drive project and ad-hoc analyses to support business development and cross-border e-commerce initiatives.
Requirements|
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in FP&A, business planning, or management planning.
- Proficient in MS Office Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and KPI setting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
