General Manager

Summary

The General Manager will lead a Taiwan-based fabless semiconductor company through its next stage of business transformation, evolving from a legacy product-driven model into a scalable ASIC service and advanced-process SoC business.

This role owns full business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, customer commitments, organizational effectiveness, and delivery predictability.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance
• Ensure portfolio balance between legacy product lines and advanced process initiatives
• Define clear success criteria for specification freeze, milestone gating, and customer acceptance
• Strengthen executive relationships with strategic customers
• Upgrade program management rigor and accountability culture, improved schedule visibility and reduced integration risk
• Ensure that quality of service is maintained

Requirements

• 20+ years in IC design / semiconductor industry
• Hands-on experience in ASIC and complex SoC development life cycle
• Prior leadership over front-end or SoC development teams
• Experience engaging customers at executive level
• Demonstrated ability to scale organizations and manage cross-functional teams
