The candidate is a key leadership role responsible for driving and overseeing the company’s ESG initiatives on a global scale. Based at our headquarters in Taiwan, this position will lead the execution of ESG strategies in alignment with the organization’s long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Global ESG Strategy & Project Leadership
- Lead the implementation of global ESG projects from the headquarters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving results-oriented activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute ESG strategies based on the company’s medium- to long-term ESG roadmap and priorities.
- Draft, compile, and finalize the company’s annual CSR/ESG report/publication in adherence to global ESG standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Client Relations

- Manage client inquiries related to ESG topics and work closely with internal teams to provide timely, comprehensive, and satisfactory responses.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, market practices, and client requirements in ESG, coordinating with client-facing teams to ensure that key global customers’ expectations are met.
- Develop ESG-related presentation materials and talking points, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and tracking follow-up actions.
- Data Management & Reporting Framework
- Establish and oversee the internal framework for the continuous collection and tracking of ESG-related data across various metrics, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
- Support the analysis and reporting of ESG data, ensuring accuracy and transparency in ESG performance metrics.
- Innovation & Sustainable Product Development
- Work closely with product teams to develop green logistics solutions and promote sustainable procurement practices within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure the integration of sustainable practices into procurement processes and product offerings.
- Cross-Department Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Foster collaboration across departments to drive ESG initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of sustainability practices across all levels of the organization.
- Engage with internal teams to ensure that ESG priorities are incorporated into business strategies and daily operations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in driving sustainability initiatives within a global organization or a relevant consulting role.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of ESG procurement frameworks and their implementation in global supply chains.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
