The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for executing the company’s human resources strategy, ensuring effective operations in areas, including TA management and development, recruitment, training, employ relationship, organizational development, and compliance with labor regulations. Moreover, the Head of Human Resources will collaborate with the company’s leadership team to ensure that the HR strategy aligns with the business objectives and long-term development of the company.
Responsibilities|
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term plans for human resources.
- Establish and execute recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the company has a competitive advantage in attracting top talent.
- Plan and drive talent training programs, establishing a talent development framework that aligns with the corporate culture.
- Plan and implement performance management and compensation systems to maintain the company’s competitiveness and retain exceptional talent.
- Handle employee care and related labor-management issues, including the resolution of labor disputes and participation in labor-management meetings.
- Periodically review the company’s labor regulations to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Regularly report human resources metrics and related trends to senior management, providing improvement suggestions.
- Compile the annual budget for human resources costs.
- Plan and implement projects related to human resources.
- Execute tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements|
- A minimum of 10+ years of human resources experience, including leadership experience.
- Profound knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and solve problems.
- Capability to handle crises and resolve disputes.
- Possession of sharp analytical and decision-making skills, enabling effective response to diverse challenges.
- Proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
