As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will drive talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement in our Taiwan office, ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding while strengthening our company culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead sourcing and recruiting efforts for various roles in Taiwan, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively engage in screening and interviewing candidates.
- Hiring Process Compliance & Administration
- Oversee post-interview processes, including drafting, reviewing, and modifying employment contracts.
- Manage visa sponsorship processes for international hires, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Ensure all hiring procedures adhere to local labor laws and company policies.
- Candidate Engagement & Experience
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
- Develop strategies to enhance employer branding and attract high-caliber talent.
- HR Systems Management & Process Optimization
- Implement and manage an HR system to streamline applicant tracking and hiring workflows.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring timely updates to hiring processes and policies.
- Industry Expertise & Strategic HR Support
- Apply knowledge of recruitment best practices in the crypto, trading, and hedge fund sectors to optimize hiring strategies.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to improve workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering.
- Experience working in financial services, trading, or technology industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HR compliance, and employment regulations.
- Familiarity with the crypto or hedge fund industry is preferred but not required.
