Responsibilities
- Build systems: Design and implement performance evaluation, reward, and disciplinary frameworks
- Shape organization: Partner with leadership on organization design and workforce planning
- Support hiring: Guide recruitment strategy and participate in key hiring (20–30% of the role)
- Drive culture: Strengthen employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture
- Optimize with data: Track HR metrics (performance, turnover, recruitment) and propose improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with proven involvement in performance management, compensation, or HR system design
- Ability to build and implement HR frameworks from 0–1, while staying detail-oriented and execution-driven
- Solid knowledge of Taiwan labor laws, with strong communication and partnership skills across teams and leadership
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating the fast-changing environment of a startup or tech-driven company
