Litho Module Manager

The company provides wafer and other service for Tier one companies.

Define and resolve issues with litho related content
With distinguished problem-solving skill, including technical guidance, solution, and methodology.
Guarantee the equipment meet the target, cost, quality, and reliability metric, by work closely with process, quality and planning function proactively.
Make sure safety protocols are kept up-to-date, understood, and followed by all litho tool users.
Cooperate with device, integration, other module engineers, and technicians to measure the results.
Continuously improving module patterning and alignment capabilities and communicating with program stakeholders.

With Master/ PhD in Electronics, Electrical, Physics optoelectronics, chemical engineering, or related
5 years + practical experience in TEL track and practical experience in 193nm and 248nm exposure machines.
Experienced in advanced process technologies of 28nm or below in 12-inch fabs is preferred.
With fully knowledge of NA decision and EF matrix in line and whole process conditions judgment of the relevant work-level details of the specifications.
With clearly understanding and knowledge of process conditions of 193 nm photoresist coating and development and 248nm photoresist coating and development.
