Responsibilities｜

• Create and execute comprehensive strategies to ensure smooth and productive operations and maintenance.
• Planning Develop and manage maintenance plans for solar farm, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities, to optimize equipment reliability and availability.
• Design and oversee maintenance plans for the solar farm, encompassing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to enhance the reliability and availability of equipment, optimizing its performance.
• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of solar farm, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of HSE and O&M personnel, including technicians and engineers, ensuring proper resource allocation, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures, promote a strong safety culture, and implement initiatives to minimize risks to personnel and the environment.
• Work closely with various stakeholders, both internal and external, such as project developers, contractors, regulatory bodies, and suppliers. The aim is to foster effective communication and ensure alignment of objectives to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Support the implementation of the operational period strategy and facilitate the hand-over from construction team to operations, including review and acceptance of project technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams, and other interfaces, escalating issues to the leadership team while actively implementing solutions to resolve challenges.
• Maintain a close collaboration with the Headquarter and devise appropriate operational strategies specifically tailored for the Tainan office.

Requirements｜

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering or renewable energy is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 15 years + of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on Solar operations and maintenance.
• Demonstrated track record in effectively managing and leading Operations and Maintenance teams, comprising technicians and engineers.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to solar operations and maintenance.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• A strong and evident dedication to adhering to the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental best practices.
