Summary
A fast-growing international technology company is looking for a hands-on and execution-driven Operations Program Manager to join its hardware operations team. This role plays a key part in coordinating cross-functional production plans, aligning supply strategies, and ensuring smooth execution across global vendors and contract manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee build schedules and production planning across multiple manufacturing sites and external vendors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (planning, quality, logistics, etc.) to support on-time delivery and fulfillment
- Support new product launch planning, including material readiness, risk-buy, and shipment coordination
- Monitor rolling production forecasts and ensure key components meet build-readiness requirements
- Execute production guidance and PO placement aligned with shipping schedules and lead-time buffers
- Identify and escalate any potential delays, material gaps, or cost deviations
- Track SKU-level cost changes and coordinate corrective actions with sourcing and vendor partners
- Introduce best practices into the supply operations flow to increase output efficiency
- Prepare periodic reports and updates to internal stakeholders or senior leadership
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project and vendor locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
- 7+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or operations roles within the hardware sector (e.g. consumer electronics, industrial computing, IoT, or similar industries)
- Proven experience in production scheduling, CTB (clear-to-build) monitoring, and product fulfillment
- Strong exposure to product lifecycle operations, from development to post-launch phases
- Comfortable working in matrixed environments with cross-regional stakeholders
- Strong communication and reporting skills, capable of liaising with both internal teams and manufacturing partners
- Experience with data analysis and familiarity with ERP or supply planning tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; capable of communicating with global teams and vendors
