Procurement Specialist

Summary

We’re partnering with a globally established, multinational technology enterprise — a long-standing leader in the PC/NB and ICT hardware space, with products sold in 100+ markets worldwide. As one of Taiwan’s few tech groups with a true end-to-end international supply chain, the company pairs enterprise-level stability with an ongoing push toward digital transformation. 

Responsibilities

• Manage the full vendor ordering cycle for critical components and coordinate outbound shipments to ODM manufacturing sites 

• Build and share supply forecasts (daily/monthly/quarterly) with internal stakeholders and external ODM partners 

• Work with logistics providers on inbound/outbound shipments, staying agile when orders or production schedules shift at short notice 

• Own component inventory accuracy and manage the RMA process 

• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues before they impact supply or delivery timelines 

• Drive process improvements and cost savings through smarter operational execution 

Requirements

• 2–3 years procuring key components in the PC/ICT hardware industry 

• Strong numerical sense with basic accounting knowledge 

• Proficient with standard office/productivity tools 

• Solid English (reading, writing, listening) 

• Self-starter mindset — accountable, fast-learning, high personal standards 

• Confident communicator, independent yet collaborative
