Responsibilities｜
- Analyze key specifications and market trends in global AV/control products, assess competitors, perform product segmentation, functionality, cost analysis, and sales analysis.
- Lead planning and development direction for AV/control products.
- Set and manage pricing for new AV/control products.
- Regularly review product planning, development processes, cost, and project risks.
- Collaborate with the marketing center to provide solution-focused marketing tools for industry applications.
- Manage successful cases and share experiences with AV/control products.
- Support the sales team in special project needs by integrating different product architectures to provide optimal solutions.
- Conduct regular market intelligence and industry-specific training for sales and marketing teams.
- Set and manage KPIs for the unit.
- Oversee organizational management and training for personnel at all levels.
Requirements｜
- Must hold a technical degree.
- 10+ years in product management within own-brand audio-visual/control products.
- 5+ years in a director-level or higher management position.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- RD experience preferred.
- Experience in industrial control is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Location: Xizhi District, New Taipei City.
