Responsibilities｜

• Design Collaboration: Work closely with the US-based design teams to conduct design evaluations and process characterizations, ensuring the design is optimized for mass production and manufacturability.
• Quality Control Implementation: Define and enforce critical quality control points, track key process metrics such as CPK, and collaborate with ODM/OEM partners to improve processes that enhance product consistency.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the NPI process, coordinating with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure all phases—from design to full-scale production—are executed on time and according to customer specifications.
• Schedule and Milestone Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, working with both internal teams and ODM factory partners to ensure that all milestones and timelines are met.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Drive improvements in production processes by working with ODM/OEM partners to adopt new materials and technologies that enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Production Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Regularly visit manufacturing sites to monitor progress, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure product meets customer reliability expectations.
• Risk Management and Documentation: Proactively identify and resolve risks or issues in the product lifecycle and maintain comprehensive documentation of NPI activities, including schedules, issue tracking, and resolution updates for management reporting.

Requirements｜

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in overseeing and optimizing SMT&DIP, assembly, testing, and packaging processes within Taiwanese ODM/OEM manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) technologies, with a strong focus on quality control and supplier management.
• Proven leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills, with a track record of effective collaboration across local and international teams.
• Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating smooth interaction with global teams.
• Highly motivated, capable of working independently and taking initiative with minimal supervision.
