Summary
Connect with global customers and drive programs from early RFQ evaluation through NPI and mass production. Serve as the primary technical interface for overseas clients—aligning specifications, coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving issues, and keeping execution on track. You will bridge engineering, quality, and factory teams to ensure smooth delivery all the way to shipment. This role operates in a fully English-speaking environment and is ideal for someone who enjoys international collaboration and takes pride in bringing real products to life.
Responsibilities
- On-Site Support & International Travel
- Travel to the U.S., Thailand, or other locations for customer reviews, pilot builds, troubleshooting, and project checkpoints as needed.
- Technical Customer Ownership
- Act as the primary technical liaison for international customers—owning spec alignment, issue triage, root-cause discussions, and day-to-day communication.
- NPI Execution & Production Ramp
- Plan and lead pilot builds and trial runs, coordinate resources across functions, and ensure a smooth transfer into mass production.
- Requirement Translation & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Convert customer expectations into clear internal action items, partnering with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive timely delivery.
Requirements
- ME/EE or related educational background.
- Experience in hardware program/project management (e.g., RD PM, NPI PM, OPM, FPM or similar roles).
- Strong knowledge of product development and manufacturing workflows.
- Excellent English proficiency across speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
