Product Test Engineer

IC design house of multiple consumer products. You also should know it is a MNC listed company with 1000+ staff.

Serving as the engineering liaison between us and test sites, encompassing all engineering support activities.
Driving and resolving engineering/production issues, spanning process, hardware, and test concerns.
Engineering/production program verification, debugging, and release.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on engineering data collection, experimentation, and dispositions.
Overseeing yields and test times for multiple products.
Managing the production line by addressing technical and quality issues.
Conducting periodic audits of test sites in accordance with Client’s procedures.

BS in Electrical Engineering with over 3 years of experience in Product Test Engineering.
Familiarity with mixed-signal tester platforms, particularly Teradyne Flex.
Understanding of test hardware debugging and schematic tracing.
Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities, coupled with the capacity to interpret results and troubleshoot problems.
Proficiency in SQL databases, Unix/C, and Python programming languages.
Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across diverse geographic locations.
Knowledge and experience in high-volume production ramps.
Proficiency in software such as Spotfire, JMP, SAS, Tango, Galaxy, PDFs Exensio, or similar statistical analysis programs.
Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
