Pre-implementation planning and quality management for new product introductions.
Continuously improve existing production processes.
Investigate and address abnormal conditions in the production process.

Plan and oversee the installation, testing, construction, maintenance, and repair of guided equipment.
Responsible for the writing and maintenance of technical documents.

5+ years of engineering management experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Possesses planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, and leadership abilities.
Strong data statistical and data analysis capabilities.
Demonstrates a keen understanding of cost concepts and cost control capabilities.
