Summary

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and driving projects in a rapidly evolving setting. This role suits someone who takes initiative in shaping workflows, collaborates closely with manufacturing partners, and supports the growth of junior PMs. You will oversee end-to-end hardware project cycles—transforming early concepts into successful mass-production products through strong coordination, clear communication, and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end hardware development and ensure all teams stay aligned from concept through mass production.
Structured Planning & Timeline Control
- Build realistic project plans, track progress rigorously, and proactively manage risks to keep timelines on track.
Budget & Cost Stewardship
- Oversee project spending, maintain budget discipline, and partner with internal teams to ensure financial targets are met.
Cross-Team & Manufacturing Alignment
- Act as the central communication hub between HQ and manufacturing partners, driving alignment and timely decision-making.
PM Capability Building & Team Support
- Guide junior PMs, improve internal PM processes, and foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous growth.
Issue Prevention & Process Optimization
- Identify potential issues early, drive effective resolutions with engineering and factories, and refine processes based on lessons learned.

Requirements

Experience & Capabilities
- Bring 6+ years of project/program management experience with strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple hardware projects with engineering familiarity.
Nice-to-Have Technical Exposure
- Benefit from technical foundations and hands-on factory collaboration, with exposure to DFM, tooling, PCBA, or fast-paced hardware cycles considered a strong plus.
