Responsibilities｜

• Develop and execute strategies for product development.
• Conduct performance testing and implement quality control to ensure products meet standards.
• Assess, analyze, and apply emerging technologies.
• Plan, draft, execute, supervise, and coordinate product development activities.
• Lead product design and prototype development to meet market demands.
• Manage technical teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Facilitate the integration of technical resources within the group.
• Handle additional assignments as delegated by the General Manager or team leader.
• Manage supply chain and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.

Requirements｜

• Over 10 years of experience in Cable product development.
• English proficiency: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Familiar with high-frequency Cable products and standards.
