Regional Product Marketing Manager-SEA

A global AI software company revolutionizing and shaping the future of semiconductor manufacturing.

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify the needs and challenges faced by semiconductor fabs and advanced packaging facilities in the region. Analyze the competitive landscape and articulate distinct differentiators for AI software solution.
Define the core value proposition for your AI software, converting technical features into tangible benefits for various stakeholders, including fab managers, engineers, and quality control personnel.
Develop a regional go-to-market strategy, including the identification and implementation of appropriate marketing channels such as industry events, webinars, case studies, white papers, and targeted digital campaigns.
Generate leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the sales team. Provide product training and support to the sales team and regional partners.
Establish strategic partnerships with industry players, including equipment manufacturers, EDA vendors, and other solution providers.
Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Generate reports and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.

More than 10 years proven experience in product marketing or application engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
Strong comprehension of AI technologies and their applications in semiconductor manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor cleanroom/fab processes, particularly in quality assurance, yield management, inspection, metrology, and related areas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for business, ranging from 30% to 50% of the time.
