Responsibilities|
- Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies that align with company objectives to drive revenue growth across key markets and sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring our solutions meet their expectations.
- Oversee the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new business opportunities, ensuring the team maintains a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Drive the team to achieve and exceed individual and collective sales targets, setting KPIs and tracking performance regularly.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to align efforts and enhance the customer experience.
- Lead contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable terms and overseeing the end-to-end negotiation process.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients to provide insights that drive continuous improvement in products, services, and sales processes.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and facilitate training programs to ensure continuous professional development and upskilling.
Requirements|
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a team leadership role within the industrial components or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in B2B
- Strong knowledge of industrial components and manufacturing processes, with the ability to align technical specifications to customer needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on motivating and developing a team.
