Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy by leveraging advanced sales expertise to achieve or surpass set targets.
- Establish strong relationships with key distributors and onboard new partners within the designated territory to support sustainable business growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of targeted market applications and industry-specific insights.
- Act as a professional and ethical representative of the organization in all business interactions.
- Utilize quality management techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive process improvements.
- Monitor customer interactions and generate detailed reports using Salesforce for effective tracking and analysis.
- Maintain and manage the quotation database, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
- Primary Focus Areas: Europe, USA, and Asia-Pacific regions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a closely related is preferred.
- 5 years or above of experience, including at least three years in sales, ideally in an agency or client-facing role.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales successfully.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent prioritization and time-management abilities.
- Capable of performing well under pressure.
