This role involves offering generalist support across various business locations, sites, countries, and leadership roles. The primary focus is aiding in the implementation of HR programs and processes that enhance organizational and leadership capabilities aligned with business requirements.
Candidates should showcase expertise in diverse HR domains, such as workforce planning, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, training, compensation, benefits, HR metrics and analytics, processes, policies, and systems.
Responsibilities|
- Identify and comprehend the needs of stakeholders, sites, and countries, then devise and execute solutions that bolster a high-performing team.
- Offer guidance and coaching for effective performance management across all levels of leadership and employees.
- Promote and uphold the values and culture of the organization.
- Offer clear and comprehensive explanations regarding laws and legal matters to managers, supervisors, and employees to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Collaborate with global HR partners and Centers of Excellence.
- Assist in talent reviews, organizational design assessments, and development plans and solutions.
- Drive HR practices and cultural initiatives as a key change agent.
- Coach employees and leaders for career development.
- Partner with talent COE and regional HR for implementation and execution of talent management, acquisition, service delivery and leadership strategies
- Use HRIS system for data-driven decisions in talent and workforce planning.
- to provide relevant metrics and predicative analysis to optimize business decisions in the areas of talent management and development, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
- Conduct training on HR processes, leadership, and more.
- Provide support for business and project needs.
Requirements|
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience in human resources.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Capable of cultivating effective working relationships with HR team members and key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with government regulations apply to employment practices.
- Strong abilities in analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
- Adaptive and collaborative in highly matrixed organization.
- Self-driven, adaptable, flexible and solution-oriented.
- Active collaborator skilled in influencing, leading, and driving projects, always pursuing avenues for improvement and innovation.
